Google Street View Cars Runs Over Deer Seconds After Taking Its Picture

A Google Street View camera car films a baby deer – a split-second before mowing it down. The white-tailed doe tried to run across a rural road in New York state in front of the car but did not quite make it. The car’s 360-degree camera then  captured the deer lying apparently lifeless on the road.

Amazingly, the deer survived the collision. The distressed Google driver alerted police but by the time they arrived the animal had regained consciousness and vanished.
